Along with managing invoices and tax payments, a bookkeeper’s job responsibilities also involve working closely with our accounting team to develop and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Our ideal applicant is a finance graduate who has taken accounting CPE classes and is knowledgeable with accounting software programs like FreshBooks, Kashoo, and KashFlow.

The Bookkeeper’s main duties are to accurately record all of our business’s daily financial transactions.


  • Keep track of daily money transactions and finish publishing.
  • Examine the day book, suppliers ledger, customers ledger, and general ledger to ensure that transactions are entered in the proper places.
  • Bring the books up to the point of trial balance.
  • do a few quick checks on the posting procedure
  • Finished tax forms
  • Enter data, keep records, and produce financial reports and statements
  • Payroll should be handled promptly, together with accounts payable and receivable processing.

Requirements and expertise

  • Proven record of bookkeeping
  • Solid comprehension of the fundamentals of bookkeeping and accounts payable/ receivable
  • Demonstrated aptitude for calculating, recording, and managing accounting data and financial information
  • Talents in data entry and a talent for statistics
  • Practical knowledge of spreadsheets and specialized software

  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
